THE 2026 VCS & VSSO COLLABORATIVE CONFERENCE

Important Information

• WELCOME RECEPTION:  We invite all exhibitor staff to attend our Welcome Reception on Wednesday evening at 6 p.m.
• SET-UP: Exhibitor set-up takes place on Wednesday, March 18 after 12 p.m. in the Madison Ballroom.  Your table must be in tact before breakfast begins on Thursday morning. A sign with your company name on it will be placed on your table.
• BOOTH SIZE:  Each exhibitor will have one six foot skirted table and two chairs.  There is no service kit and no other equipment will be provided for booths.
• STAFFING YOUR BOOTH:  Refer to the conference schedule for meal and break times. Final times will be posted on the website and conference proceedings. Please reference those pages for the most current schedule. Exhibitors may staff their booth as they see fit but we encourage you to attend meal events and be available during all breaks.
• TEAR DOWN: Exhibitor tear down beginning no earlier than 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 21. Please have completed by 4:00 p.m.
