The conference begins with a Welcome Reception on Wednesday, March 18th at 6:00 p.m. in the Madison Ballroom. The conference begins with a welcome and group breakfast on Thursday, March 19 at 8:00 a.m. and will end on Saturday, March 21 with our closing event, a Riverboat Cruise! There is a free afternoon scheduled on Friday. You will find a complete conference schedule here.

Breakfast is included each day as well as lunch on Thursday and Saturday. Saturday’s breakfast is accompanied by a presentation provided by our Gold sponsor, Colorado State University, Flint Animal Cancer Center. A ticket to the welcome reception and closing event is automatically included in your conference registration fee unless you indicated that you will be unable to attend.

Presenters may be asked to submit their presentation prior to the conference via a link that will be sent to them. We also suggest that you bring your presentation on a flash drive. We will have a PC being used so prepare your presentation on a PC. If you must use a MAC, you must bring your own computer and converter as well.

No. Technicians who wish to attend will participate in the general sessions along with all others.

If you are a VCS or VSSO member who has not renewed your dues for 2026, we recommend that you do so prior to registering for the conference so that you can take advantage of the member rates.

Due to the limit on attendance at this conference, we cannot accept onsite registration.

The closing event, a Riverboat Cruise complete with dinner and entertainment, takes place on Saturday, March 21st at 6:00 p.m. aboard the Savannah River Queen. One complimentary ticket is included with your conference registration fee. We must board the boat by 6:45 p.m. so that we can set sail at 7:00 p.m. There will be a trolley departing from our hotel beginning at 5:00 p.m. if you wish to catch a ride down to river street instead of walking.
