Sophie came into our lives in 2009 when she was a puppy and my children were young.  She immediately became an integral part of every holiday, birthday party, back-to-school picture and Christmas tree outing.  She loved eating, swimming, riding in the car, laying in her beanbag, and playing with her stuffed “babies”.  Our mailman delivered the mail to our front door everyday just so he could pet her. Her favorite spot was wherever her people were.

We were shocked when she was diagnosed with Lymphoma in April, 2019 as she was not sick or showing any symptoms.  Dr. Rebekah Lewis and her staff at Veterinary Oncology & Referral clinic took great care of her and gave us 10 precious months.  Sophie kept her energy, appetite, and cheerful demeanor all through her chemo treatment!

RIP sweet girl, we are devastated by your loss and our house is so empty without you.  We love and miss you!
