Remembering Carly

Carly (Alpha’s I’m So Vain) was a beautiful representation of Miniature Schnauzers both in appearance movement. Carly was born and died in her only home. She had an independent spirit but was very affectionate. She went to sleep every night on her mother’s stomach or thighs and was a bit impatient about her bedtime. If she could have tapped her feet, at how long it took to mother get into bed, she would have. She slept every night touching her mother. Carly was a very lovable girl who easily communicated her desires with a tap on the back of mother’s leg–to play, go outside or lap time. Lap time was always on her terms. Carly loved to chase squirrels and bark at people walking dogs, or an errant leaf. She was full of enthusiasm and was always eager to meet new people. Carly was an easy patient who loved all of her caregivers and fought her cancer with quiet grace. She crossed the rainbow bridge June 4, 2026 at 8 years of age. Carly is gone far too soon. She is loved and missed every day.
