Conference Cancellation by VCS

The Veterinary Cancer Society (VCS) reserves the right to cancel this conference due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the conference non-viable. If VCS cancels the conference, registrants will be offered a full refund. VCS will not be responsible for reimbursement of any participant’s expenses related to the cancellation of this conference.

Registration Cancellations & Substitutions

An administrative fee of $50 will be charged upon cancellation of in-person meeting registration before September 1st.

No refunds will be provided after September 1st except in cases of extenuating circumstances (e.g., death in the family, medical emergency) and must be supported by written documentation. Please allow 30 days for processing refund requests. All refunds and changes must be requested in writing. As long as the person cancelling from the in person conference registers for the on demand conference, no $50 cancellation fee will be charged.

For those who cancel after September 1st but no refund is permitted, registration will be moved to on-demand conference recordings but no difference in registration rate will be refunded.

There will be no refunds for those who register for the On Demand conference.

Substitutions will be provided at no cost as long as the substitution is within the same category (professional, resident, intern, etc.). Additional costs will be incurred for substitutions to a different category although no refunds will be provided for a substitution to a lower-priced category.

In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, VCS will make every effort to provide reasonable accommodations requested for individuals with disabilities.
