We look forward to seeing you all as we celebrate the Veterinary Cancer Society’s 50 YEAR ANNIVERSARY as a society!
The Veterinary Cancer Society (VCS) will host its 46th Annual Conference in Minneapolis, MN, from September 24-26. We are looking forward to holding some of our popular events and sessions including specialty sessions, topic-driven panel discussions, a Resident Review Workshop, Pre-Conference Workshop, a resident-specific abstract session on Thursday afternoon, poster abstracts, and a full three-day Technician Workshop.
Over the years, the number of exhibitors and sponsors partnering with us has increased as conference attendance has increased. In 2025, the trade show space sold out by July. We only allow for single booths at this conference to accommodate as many companies as possible.
Because of the overwhelming interest in this annual conference, and due to a strong desire by companies and associations interested in sponsorship opportunities, we have revised our official sponsorship and exhibitor plan for 2026.

- May 11: Hotel block opens
- Summer 2026: Exhibitor service kits will be emailed
- September 1: Staff names due
- September 21: Sponsor tote bag inserts due
- SET-UP: Exhibitor set-up takes place on Wednesday, September 23 at 3 p.m. and MUST BE COMPLETE by 10 p.m.
- TEAR DOWN: Exhibitor tear down will begin at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 26.
- BOOTH SIZE: Booths will be 10 feet wide and 8 feet deep. Pipe & drape, one table and two chairs are provided.
- CARPET: The exhibit hall is carpeted. No additional carpeting is required.
- STAFFING YOUR BOOTH: Refer to the conference schedule for break times. Exhibitors may staff their booth as they see fit.
