- May 1: Hotel block opens
- Summer 2024: Exhibitor service kits will be emailed
- September 15: Booth representative names due
- October 11: Sponsor tote bag inserts due at the hotel
- SET-UP: Exhibitor set-up begins on Wednesday, October 16 at 3 p.m. and MUST BE COMPLETE by 10 p.m.
- TEAR DOWN: Exhibitor tear down will begin at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 19.
- BOOTH SIZE: Booths will be 10 feet wide and 8 feet deep. Pipe & drape, one table and two chairs are provided.
- CARPET: The ballroom is carpeted. No additional carpeting is required.
- STAFFING YOUR BOOTH: Refer to the conference schedule for break times. Exhibitors may staff their booth as they see fit.
- RECEPTION: There will be a short reception for all sponsors and exhibitor representatives on Friday evening at 5:30 p.m.
