2026 ANNUAL CONFERENCE
Registration is Open: Attending VCS in person offers you the opportunity to join your colleagues, friends and those in the veterinary community for opportunities to meet others, network, learn what’s new for cancer research and earn CE. Total CE for the general conference is approximately 22.25 – 24.25 and the technician workshop is approximately 22.

NO SUITCASING POLICY
- The Veterinary Cancer Society wishes to encourage participation of all attendees, sponsors and exhibitors at this VCS conference. In the spirit of maintaining the character of the event, each attendee is expected to participate in a way that is in the best interest of veterinary medicine. Any undignified solicitation, or “suitcasing” by an attendee can disturb the character of the conference and is not in the best interest of veterinary medicine. Violations will be addressed by show management.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND INFORMATION
- Conference Cancellation by VCS:
- The Veterinary Cancer Society (VCS) reserves the right to cancel this conference due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the conference non-viable. If VCS cancels the conference, registrants will be offered a full refund. VCS will not be responsible for reimbursement of any participant’s expenses related to the cancellation of this conference.
- Attendee Cancellations & SubstitutionsCancellation PRIOR TO August 10:
- An administrative fee of $50 will be charged upon cancellation of in-person meeting registration. The balance will be refunded to the original payment method (typically credit card).
- Allow up to 30 days for processing refunds.
Cancellation ON OR AFTER August 10:
- No refunds will be provided as of August 10 except in extenuating circumstances (e.g., death in the family, medical emergency) and must be supported by written documentation.
- If a refund is allowed due to extenuating circumstances, allow 30 days for processing refund requests. A $50 administrative fee will be charged.
- If a refund is NOT allowed, you will be registered for the on demand recordings but no refund will be provided due to difference in registration rate.
Switching to on-demand recordings:
- For those who cancel their in-person registration ON OR AFTER August 10, registration will be moved to on-demand recordings.
- No refund for difference in price of in-person to on demand will be provided.
On-Demand Recordings (registration opens in late October/early November):
- There will be no refunds for those who register for the On Demand conference or for those whose in-person registration is switched to on demand registration.
Substitutions:
- There will be no additional charge for a substitution as long as it is within the same registration category.
