REMEMBERING BANJO
Loved by Jamie and Tyler Williams
Banjo was his Mommy’s best friend. The years we spent together were the best and happiest years of my life. Banjo loved his Mom and Dad, his Zippy Paws burrow toys, treat-treats, especially beef jerky, puppuccinos, Jeep rides with his Dad, beach vacations, going for walks, sitting in all of his favorite spots around his home, night-night time, he loved his birthday parties, the birthday cake, he loved opening his Christmas presents each year and most importantly he loved his entire family unconditionally just as we all love him.
In September of 2019, Banjo was diagnosed with “probable Lymphoma”. For almost 2 years after this diagnosis Banjo continued living his normal life with the only symptom of lymphoma being mild swollen lymph nodes. Then in July 2021, his lymph nodes began to become more enlarged. This resulted in a Chemo regimen to treat an indolent lymphoma that later became progressive. Banjo received chemo for 7 months and during this time he was so strong and brave. Banjo was the “Dog of Honor” in his parent’s wedding that took place in September of 2021. On February 22, 2022, Banjo’s lab results significantly changed and confirmed lymphoma for the first time ever. On February 23, 2022, at around 4:15 am, Banjo, in his home with his Mom and Dad by his side left his earthly home. Banjo was 12 years old when he left us. He had the most beautiful brown eyes, the most precious face, he was truly the sweetest and best boy ever. Banjo will forever be loved, cherished and missed by ALL of his family.
Banjo, in life I loved you dearly, In death I love you still. You will always be my Baby Boy!
Love, Mommy
