Conference Registration Fee

This Mid-Year Conference begins on Saturday, March 10th at 6:00 pm with a Welcome Reception and ends on Tuesday, March 13th with a closing lunch. The registration fee includes one copy of the proceedings, a half day immunotherapy workshop, light hors-d’oeuvres at the Welcome Reception, breakfast on Sunday and Monday morning, mid-morning and afternoon food & beverage breaks each day, one ticket to the Banquet on Monday evening and lunch on Sunday and Tuesday.  It also includes a half day sightseeing tour. You may purchase guest tickets to the Monday evening banquet at the Alaska Native Heritage Center.  There are children’s prices.  You may also purchase guest tickets to the sightseeing tour. Payment Options

You will be allowed to register online or by printed registration form beginning November 15, 2017.  Links to the online registration system and the registration form will be available on this page at that time.  If you need to split your registration fee into two payments (ie. if you need to use two different credit cards), you must register using the printable registration form.  You will not be able to use two methods of payment when registering online.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Prior to February 15th, all requests for refunds must be made in writing and emailed to There will be a $50 cancellation fee assessed. No refunds, for any reason, will be made after February 15, 2018.
  • The $75 late fee will be added to all registrations received after 12:00 am on February 2nd.
  • Pre-registration closes on March 2nd. After this date, registration must be completed at the registration table at the Hilton Anchorage and the $75 late fee will be assessed on site.
  • If you registered as a VCS member but have not paid your 2018 dues, you will be asked to do so onsite at the registration table. Please contact Sandi Strother at to check the status of your VCS membership if necessary or please pay prior to arriving.
  • If you need to split your payment, you must complete the printed registration form and either fax or mail it in with payment information. You will not be able to do a split payment online.
  • Please Note: By registering you give your permission to distribute your name and contact information to the conference attendees and vendors. If you prefer not to be included in these distributed lists, please send a request via e-mail to Sandi Strother at
