2020 VCS Annual Conference

June 29, 2020 – The Veterinary Cancer Society Annual Conference will be held virtually from October 15-17, 2020.  Updated information will be available on our website very soon.

May 19, 2020 – VCS has been closely monitoring the rapidly evolving domestic and worldwide pandemic related to COVID-19 over the last weeks and months. We understand that there is tremendous uncertainty regarding what will happen in the coming months into the fall when our Annual Conference is scheduled in Daytona Beach, FL.

As of now, we continue on with plans to move forward with the Annual Conference scheduled for October 15-17, 2020.  While we continue to track the latest news from the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention, the World Health Organization, as well as state and local health organizations regarding this pandemic, we encourage you to stay up to date by visiting some of the resources listed below.

The health and safety of our veterinary oncology and global community is our highest priority. Our heartfelt sympathies go out to everyone  who has been impacted by this global health crisis.

April 30, 2020 – The Veterinary Cancer Society recognizes the importance of the Annual Conference to attendees’ continuing education needs, especially as this conference may be one of your last opportunities to earn continuing education credits this year.

At this point in time, planning continues for the Annual Conference scheduled for October 15-17 in Daytona Beach, FL.  The hotel block opens on July 1st and conference registration will open on July 15th.  You will find more information on our conference website.  If there are any changes to this schedule it will be announced on this page or others within this website.

Please be assured that VCS will continue to monitor the rapidly changing impact of the COVID-19 outbreak and the guidelines and mandates of city, state, and national officials related to our conference.
