Please note: VCS does not use a third party for hotel reservations and no one will solicit you for a reservation. All rooms should be booked from this webpage starting June 3. If you are contacted by a group or individual regarding hotel reservations, please forward that email to sandi@vetcancersociety.org immediately. Caribe Royale Resort

Spanning everything you could dream of in a resort atmosphere, this Walt Disney Good Neighbor® Hotel is made to be a backdrop for creating memories. Recently revealed as part of a complete resort reimagination, Caribe Royale’s effortlessly warm ambiance covers every moment like never before. Discovering as much or as little as you’d like is all up to you.

If you plan to bring family to the conference this year, this resort will be a perfect location for them.  Amenities include an outdoor swimming pool with water slide, kid’s splash pool and playground, hot tubs, 8 restaurants and bars, an arcade, a two-story fitness center, 1.5 mile walking/running trail, pet-friendly accommodations, a spa, transportation to Disney Theme Parks and Disney Springs, sport courts for basketball, pickleball and padel tennis, and a gift shop.

JUNE 13 update:  Additional rooms added to the block. Only queen/queen suites are available.

All suites in our block include a separate living room & bedroom, two televisions, mini cooler, microwave, coffee maker, ergonomic workspaces, USB charging stations, standard wifi, a safe, an iron and ironing board, and are approximately 500 square feet.

All Suite Group Rate: $219 plus $10 resort fee plus tax per night.

Trainee Block:  $159 plus $10 resort fee plus tax per night.  You must be a TRAINEE (an intern, resident or veterinary medical student) and have at least one roommate in order to select a room at this rate in the block.  There are only 25 rooms available in this block.  Click here for details.

Note:  Rooms or villas booked OUTSIDE of the VCS block will include a higher resort fee ($30) and tax.
